Countdown to Confetti: Day 2

Hi friends! Welcome back to day 2 of the countdown for Reverse Confetti. Today I am sharing two Easter cards that use a few of the new products being released on March 8th.

My first card uses the new Friendly Florals set. This is a beautiful floral set the includes one larger floral cluster and two smaller floral images. I started my card by stamping two of the images onto a card panel that had been die cut with the new Easter Cover Panel die. I then colored the flowers and foliage with soft colored Copic markers, leaving a lot of white. I added a few black splatters to my panel and then set it aside to dry.

Next, I used the new Happy Easter word die, (it is included in the Easter Cover Panel set) to die cut my sentiment. I ink blended the sentiment with a soft pink and attached it to my card panel. Lastly, I added a few sequins to finish my card.

My next card uses the new Dot to Dot set. This set is included as a Free Gift with Purchase!! All you need to do is spend $60 and it will be included in purchased package.

I started my card by using the Dot to Dot set to create my background. I stamped the circles in a random pattern with soft pastel colors. I then mounted a frame that had been die cut with the new Layered Mom with Frame die directly onto the panel.

For my sentiment, I once again used the Happy Easter word die included in the Easter Cover Panel set. I then also used the small florals dies included in the set to create my accent flowers. Such a simple card to create, but so sweet for Easter. I also think this background will work so well for a baby card.
