Love Is In The Air

Good Morning!! I hope you all had a Wonderful weekend!! I am trying to get back into a routine of sorts... Wish me luck, because I have a lot I need to get done!
Today, I have a card and some treat boxes using a new stamp set from Technique Tuesday: Love is in the Air. This stamp set is perfect for Valentine's Day or any other day too! Hearts and Love are always good in my opinion.

For my card, I started by using a cloud stencil to create my background. Next, I die cut a tag and used the Balloons and a sentiment from the Love Is In The Air stamp set. I stamped it with VersaMark ink and used white embossing powder on my image.  Then, I die cut my background with a Pinked edged mat and matted that onto a piece of red cardstock.  To finish my card I attached everything to an A2 card base. 

Next, I decided to make a few treat boxes to fill with Valentine's Day candy. 

For my tags I used a the Hot Air Balloon and the Airplane that are also included in the stamp set. I stamped them onto a blue tag and used red embossing powder on my images.

Have you moved onto Valentine's Day? I always have a hard time putting my Christmas stamps away...they might need to make an appearance again! I have a few set I would still like to use.
