Woodland Critters

Lawn Fawn: Shaped Card Challenge

December 1, 2018

Happy December!! Are you getting ready for Christmas and the Holiday Season? Our house is decorated, a few presents are bought, and I am making my lists of what needs to get done. Today, is also the start of Advent and I am excited to start the She Reads Truth: Advent Study Book. Are you familiar with their Bible study books? They are beautiful- scriptures, photography, and font...definitely worth looking into if that is something you would enjoy. Here is a photo of the Advent book for this year:

Okay...now onto the reason most of you are here! Today, I have two cute little Woodland Critters for the Lawn Fawnatics: Shaped Card Challenge.

Aren't they the cutest? They were so fun to make and Lawn Fawn included so many dies and details that they went together really easy.

For my reindeer, I used the basic critter shape and added all the details to make him a reindeer. Then to make him "Christmassy" I used the Winter Add-On accessories to give him a scarf, mittens and of course hot chocolate!!

Isn't it fun how you can change just a few things and get a whole new critter? This time I created a penguin! I gave him a Santa hat, scarf, some mittens and a glittered candy cane. So fun and festive!!

On the back, I used the Stitched Gift Card Pocket so I can include a gift card. They really did think of everything!! I also think these would make really cute tags to tie onto a gift.

Supplies:
Dies: Lawn Fawn- Woodland Critters Huggers, Woodland Critters Huggers Winter Add-On, Stitched Gift Card Pocket
Paper: Papertrey Ink- Cardstock

Enjoy your weekend my friends,
Dana
