Bold Blooms

Ink To Paper

February 12, 2020

Good Morning Friends! I hope you all are doing well. I am so excited to be participating in Release Week at Ink To Paper. The February Release is full of so many Amazing products, that you will love. You will be definitely be dreaming about Spring and Easter! I was sent a few different products to use and I can't wait to share what I have created with you all.

I have two cards to share with you today using the new Bold Blooms Stamp Set. This is a gorgeous floral stamp set, with beautiful sentiments.I kept my card fairly clean and simple, and let the beautiful floral images be my focus.

I began both my card by stamping my images directly onto my card panel. For my first card, I used New Leaf, Hibiscus Burst, Summer Sunrise and Bright Buttercup ink for my stamping.

Next, I stamped my sentiment (also from the Bold Blooms Stamp Set) directly on my card panel. I love the font included with this set. I then added a frame from the Border Bling: Skinny Vees Frame Die around my card panel to finish my card.

For my next card, I followed the same layout as above. Once, I had my placement of my flowers the second card was very quick to make. I think this same design would be very fun to stamp the flowers in rainbow order, always a favorite of mine.

On this card, I used New Leaf, Amethyst Allure, Hawaiian Shores and Limeade Ice Ink.

Thanks for joining me today. I will be back tomorrow to share another project with you all.
Enjoy your day,
Dana

  1. Beautiful cards Dana! I’m new to your blog and went back through a few of your posts. I love that you shared your “farm show” story, it gave me a big smile. So I’ll share one of mine with you. Valentine’s Day is our wedding anniversary. My husband gets a big kick telling everyone our anniversary is a “two-fer”. One card “fer” 2 occasions. (Our anniversary and Valentine’s Day). It’s usually the guys that get the biggest kick out of that. The gals- not so much. To keep the record straight, he’s a great guy & I usually get 2 cards. But he still loves sharing the 2-fer to anyone who’ll listen. It’s an annual thing! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cards & Happy Valentine’s Day Dana! 😊
