New Release Countdown: Day 2

Hi friends and welcome back to day 2 of the new release countdown for Ink To Paper. Today I have two card to share with you, so let's get started. 


For my first card I am using the new Feathered Friends 11 Die Set. How cute is this owl? I die cut all of the pieces and used my blender brushes to add blueberry sky, kraft, honey nut and a little summer sunrise ink.  My flowers is one of the new flowers you can create with the new Into the Blooms 2 Die Set. This set includes flowers and leaves to make three different flowers. Because of the space on my card I only included one flower for my card today but I will be using this set again. It is a must have and I am sure it will sell out quickly. I used harvest gold, a little summer sunrise and spring moss ink for my flower and leaves.


For my frame, I used the Border Bling: Twigs Die. I attached the frame to a kraft card panel and inlaid the inside piece back into the frame. For my sentiment I used the new Perfect Pairs: Commodities Stamp and Die Set. Don't you just love the font and size of this sentiment? It's perfect and I know it is one that I will use often.

To finish my card, I attached my images and sentiment with foam adhesive. Lastly, I added a few jewels as a final touch.

My next card uses the new Vase Collection 1 Stamp and Die Set. I die cut the vase from enchanted evening cardstock and then stamped the vase detail with enchanted evening ink. This vase will work perfectly with any floral set, though I chose to use the Sprigs & Sprays Set to create my floral arrangement. I used pure poppy and new leaf ink. 


For my card panel I used the Border Bling: Grateful Vines Die. Once again, I used the Perfect Pairs: Commodities Set for my sentiment. I told you I will be using this set a lot :)
