Congrats, Grad!

Ink To Paper

April 28, 2020

Good Morning Friends! If you are like me, you know a lot of graduates that are finishing their last semester of school at home. We have a lots of friends with kids that are graduating from both high school and college, so I thought I would get started on my graduation cards.

I started my card, by stamping the penguin from the Critter Carolers Stamp Set. I then used the graduation "accessories" from the Hats Off Stamp Set to make my penguin a graduate. Penguins can graduate, right? Just kidding, but I do think it is fun how the two sets can work together. Next, I used the Charming Tags Die to die cut my tag. I ink blended Blueberry Sky ink around the edges and stamped my sentiment from the Inside Greeting: Graduation Mini Stamp Set onto the tag.

For my card panel, I die cut the Border Bling: Tin Stitch Die from Pure Poppy cardstock. I mounted this onto an Enchanted Evening mat. Next, I added a strip of Enchanted Evening patterned paper and wrapped a piece of baker's twine around the center of my card panel. Lastly, I attached my tag to my card front with foam adhesive.

Thanks for joining me today. I will be back tomorrow with a few cards using some a fun set from The Greetery.
Enjoy your day,
