Let's Celebrate

PinkFresh Studio

April 24, 2020

*** Morgan picked a random Winner this morning!! Congratulations Dorothy A!! Please send me an email with your address and I will get your package in the mail!!

Good Morning and Happy Friday! Another week has come and gone... I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy. I have been going through my stamps and using some sets that I had bought and never used. Please tell me I am not the only one that does that- buys things and then never uses them?? I had bought this PinkFresh Studio set, Let's Celebrate, when it was first released... and yes, I am just now using it for the first time. I think it is now discontinued, though I did find it here on the Emma's Paperie online shop.
** Since this set is no longer available I will do a Giveaway!! All the information can be found at the bottom of my post.

PinkFresh Studio is having a weekly sketch challenges in their Facebook group, so I thought I would play along. Hopefully it is okay that the set I am using is now discontinued. The sketch for the week is an oval, so I am also loosely interpreting the sketch. What do you think? Am I breaking too many rules? Lol!

For my card, I used the coordinating die and die cut it from watercolor paper. Next, I used my MISTI and stamped all of the images. I then used my Zig pens to watercolor all of the images. (No 025 Pink, NO 050 Yellow, No 041 Light Green, NO 031 Cobalt Blue)

Once everything was stamped and colored, I stamped my background streamers and confetti onto my back panel. I used foam adhesive to attach the two piece together and to give my card a little dimension  Lastly, I attached my card panel to an aqua card mat before attaching everything to an A2 card base. To finish my card, I attached a few Aquamarine sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

How would you like to Win this set? All you have to do is leave a comment to be entered! I would love to hear how you are doing or what you are doing to keep yourself busy while at home. I will pick a random number on Monday morning, April 27th, and that comment (person) will be the winner!! I will update this post on Monday with the winner. I will also contact the winner by email so I can get your address to ship the stamp and die set to you.
Here is a photo of what you will win:

Thanks for playing along! Good Luck!!
Enjoy your day,

  5. Such a cute stamp and die set!! And your card is amazing as usual!!! Well the dogs definitely keep me busy lol, but I’m working from home so I have my computer set up in the living room and that has become my new office. I have to say there is definitely no traffic traveling to work each morning LOL!!

  8. Well this is a fantastic stamp and die set, and made a beautiful card! I have been doing a lot of seed starting and gardening when weather permits. Otherwise, I am working on sewing masks for family and sending out some fabric and supplies to family who don't have certain elements (talk about having and not using...it is a good thing this time). When I get on the computer, I have loved going on bloghops and getting inspired. I always enjoy your makes, and am so glad I am subscribed to your blog. Congratulations to whoever wins this set and thank you Dana for sharing!

  9. thank you so much for sharing this ! what a darling card. I have not been able to take a break from work to do any crafting, but now that I think (hope) things are slowing a bit, perhaps I can.

  10. Love your card and the way you have used the die and stamp together is great. Tough times throughout the world and I hope all of this gets over soon. Fortunately I haven't lost my crafting mojo yet and I have been practicing colouring a lot and when I am free I am hooked on to Netflix or read for a while. I hope to win the giveaway and thanks for the chance to win

  11. This is a fabulous card! At our house we've resorted to sorting my daughter's Legos as a family. It's going to take forever! But all we've got is time, right?
